As of July 1, 2025, United Way of Tri-Valley Area has merged with United Way of Androscoggin County and will now be known as United Way of Western Maine. The decision to merge United Way pf the Tri-Valley Area, located in Franklin County, under one United Way follows extensive discussion between the board of directors from both United Ways.
